It doesn't matter which operator or which country; no matter how much recurrent sim training and CRM has been given and will be given; there will always be the select group of captains, experienced and non experienced, who get spooked and can't keep their paws off the thrust levers after V1. These folks either have a personality disorder, or are dumb or just plain stupid.
