I know what you mean with that desk allergy...
I applied many times on
VB's website for pitcrew, groundcrew etc. but never got my opportunity with them for these roles. Don't know what's wrong with what I write... maybe I'm not assertive enough when it comes to answering the first question "why shall we consider you for this role?" (not the exact wording but something like that...). Anybody with "the most perfect answer" wanting to share a bit of knowledge?
