SFH in Liverpool area
I live in London and fly in the south, but plan to self-fly hire a R44 in the Liverpool area. I see the two choices are Helicentre Liverpool and Helicentre Blackpool (I’ll be staying equidistant between them).
I see Helicentre Liverpool has slightly cheaper hire rates, whereas Helicentre Blackpool is away from major airspace and on the coast.
(for reference, 1hr inc VAT & 1 landing is £435 @ L'pool and £409 @ B'pool)
Would anyone on here have any local knowledge about SFH at either location? This is for pleasure flying with friends/family, so scenery and availability of nice places for lunch are taken into account.
