Proficiency check required?
Greetings,

I currently have the 737 EFIS type rating on the 300. I will be doing my NG difference training in August this year and would like to know if a proficiency check is required by hiring companies or if it is just a waste of money at this stage?

I know that the PC is at this stage not an FAA requirement. Do compnaies require it though.
