Non-alcoholic drinks will sell well, but the food on the trolley might not go quite so well and will certainly need the odd tweak - the bacon baguettes are not going to be in high demand. Expect to see quite a few people bringing their own sandwiches
I can assure you when TOM operated LTN-TLV (with seat recline & IFE
!) the only drink that the passengers wanted was free water!! In fact, the aircraft tanks were frequently nearly emptied!
As for food.....the passengers will bring thier own and spend the five odd hours treading most of it into the carpets! I see EZY are scheduling a 50 min turnround in TLV.....could be interesting!
