I recognise that one, its the transport version of the Tupolev Tu-64 which was also designed as a bomber. That one was not influenced by Boeing, but it was the design that Tupolev had been working on independantly until he was ordered to discontinue it in favour of pursuing the line of aircraft that began with the captured B-29 as the Tu-4 and ended with the Tu-95 Bear
