Flybe seem to compete on alot of routes directly with Eastern, but aside from the closure of Inverness, I haven't noticed RL pulling off routes as yet?
Eastern seem to have a loyal frequent pax base for many routes, and as long as the route is profitable they will stay on it. Not sure what breakeven is on a J41, but possibly single figures depending on what is charged for a ticket.
