Thats an interesting point you make re management. Making redundant the ramp manager,RSO's and STL's would be a major reduction in wages,however,if this is accompanied by a move to cargo rest room ie give up rooms in sat 1,the savings would be substantial.
However,if they really have vision (and the gonads) then logically they would give up the station managers rooms also, now that WOULD be a saving.Sadly none of the above will occur as they are too set in their old ways.Dinosaurs come to mind.
