Further scuttlebut has it that the PIC during the first shutdown was instructed by the Ops Mgr
NOT to submit any paperwork to the ATSB and threatened with termination if he didn't fly the aircraft back to home base.
Surely, if true, this is in contravention of the requirement to submit an ASIR after an inflight shutdown.
I can't atest to the accuracy of any of this as all the info I'm hearing is third hand.
