Not so long ago we had 900k pax per year, those 900k haven't gone anywhere, they're still here, and ask every single one of them and more which airport they'd prefer to fly from, and I bet the answer every single time is Durham Tees Valley.
The custom exists it's just management can't provide the flights for them.
