Townsville RAAF 1971 Slidre Timur Incident
Hello everyone
I am seeking information about the wreck of the Slidre Timur , a ship which ran aground near Mackay on February 26, 1971. An RAAF Neptune took off from Garbutt at 8.10 that morning to search for the ship. If anyone on here has any information about this flight and what was found, Id love to hear about it.
