If you can download your roster in HTML format then one solution I have used is via a website called airlinemates.com. Its free to join and some nice bloke gives his time up to do lots of whizzy stuff on an airline by airline basis to assist in reading the AIMS produced rosters into his software. Once they are uploaded via his website you can then convert them into something like ICAL for apple or ICS if your like me and use MS Outlook. The roster arrives to your email address in whichever format you have chosen and can then be imported into your calendar application. I then synch Outlook with my Nokia phone using Nokia Smart Suite. Works well.
