Was running a touch late through the terminal at BN after work yesterday... was still wearing the ASIC.
Dunno if the ASIC did the trick, but
1/. straight to the front of the Jetstar check-in queue;
2/. checked in 5 mins late (on a Jetstar flight... NEVER happens)
3/. Exit row seat (never happens if I ask)
4/. invited to the front of the security screening queue
Still had to pay $3 for an instant coffee on Jeffstar
(but had taken it off before boarding)
