No my pay has not been cut and from what I am told is not going to be. I don't have any regrets joining FD at this time. As far as financial strife, I don't think they are. The pay cut was in response with how they percieve the cost of living is here in Dubai, since the cost ol living is down they feel there is no longer a need for the higher rates, doesn't necessarily mean I agree with it. Passenger loads are full going out of dubai and light coming back in. Ask me in about a years time how I like it here, we are to new to have know for sure if FD was a good move or not, hopefully the rosters change by then if not I will re-evaluate my options.
