LHI is currently top issue within LH pilots and their union (VC).
It's totally clear, that VC, with all their power (and they have a lot of cash for a possible strike) will fight for these jobs within the KTV (Konzerntarifvertrag), their pay-scheme.
As far as I know, LH 320-trainers already refused training for non KTV-Pilots, in order not to kill their own jobs.
The LH(I) Management knows all about these issues and there is a very tough "brainstorming" and fighting about how to continue....
