Park on the East Apron and the whole world can see El Al, which they don't like. Park on the North Apron and they are away from the majority of prying landside eyes.
I wonder who the Israeli government have upset to get them and their airline so paranoid about security
I was in the terminal a couple of Sundays ago minding my own business when one of the El Al workers came over and wanted to know what I was doing. Thinking to myself, what has it got to do with you, I said I was just passing the time of day. The next thing I know I am being questioned by armed police. I told them that I wasn’t going to be moved on by an El Al staff member working for a foreign government in my own country. The Old Bill were very nice but I was just glad I was not a Luton taxi driver.
