Sadly, this is not unusual.
Been with Talktalk for 18 months and they phone to ask if I'd like to renew contract. They've been pretty much OK so I agreed and was offered a free wireless hub. We agreed that being single PC bound I didn't have any use for that, so got 3 months at half price option instead.
Guess what the postman delivered this morning!
Remains to be seen if the 50% reduction is delivered.
