Bye Bye dual/triple pitot failure hypothesis...
Why? A single pitot failure unlikely downs an A330.
That this failure indication shows a failed PTC heating resistor/or wire connection or that it was impossible to keep the PTC at a high enough temperature remains unknown at this stage.
