Depends on your destination - do Virgin fly to the destination you are going to?
Depends what you want from the flight, as mentioned above there is a huge difference in price and service between the two. Never flown Virgin but I have flown BA first and it was a great service but definately not occupied by the younger generation (which is a good thing sometimes).
