I understand that this may have been stated elsewhere in the thread but as we have all been made aware in the last few pages, the details that HR are sending out are in fact quite out of date.
Some who have been through the process a while ago may have indeed had a structured interview. More recent candidates have not.
I just wanted to clarify the issue.
