Well after already cancelling Soothsayer, Reaper, the E3 upgrades, 3 Nimrods and the Helix R1 upgrade according to
Nimrod among MoD's £1.1bn in cuts - Public Service - that would give them the 1.1 they need
(Though at least one part of that story has been overtaken by events)
