For the ILS onto R28 the approach/area controller will give you direct to a waypoint called FR606 when routing down from the north. Generally they leave you alone to establish yourself onto the localiser unless its busy. Many take a visual approach and will "cut inside" to give themself a shorter final. One of the more straight forward airports to operate into. Haven't landed on easterlies. Its a VOR approach if memory serves me right.
