From an official CTC email last week:
- ATP pilots that were selected prior to the reopening of ATP programme (which includes all those in this distribution list) will be placed alongside cadets subject to the airlines request or specification. Please remember that the airline determines the type of pilot that they want, not CTC.
- We have been very clear with ATP pilots that have been selected after the reopening of ATP programme this year and they are well aware that they will only be placed if we do not have enough cadet pilots to satisfy the airline requirement.
It clarifies a few things.
