I agree, being an authority within aviation they are very fast and helpful, at least once you are in the system.
Twice they have gone above and beyond helping me out getting a last minute license renewal within 24 hours despite me being thousands of miles away (USA and Sudan). Very flexible and friendly compared to other countries CAA's I have been involved with.
Now this is my experience, and I'm sure some one else on here has had the complete opposite experience. We are talking about aviation after all
