It is absolute
fact that BASSA have lied to their membership about the pilots' deal. In fact, in doing so means that any strike ballot would be conceived on inaccurate facts and would be overruled by the high court.
That is not opinion - that is how the law works! Pity that the cabin crew union don't get it.
