Anyone out there currently working for Flybe as crew? I used to fly as cabin crew for BA but left in 2001. I retrained as a teacher but have hit that good money but no job satisfaction wall
.......among other career options I am considering going back to flying as a job.
Whats the deal with BE? Its a big jump for me to 'go back' to what I did many years ago but having done a bit of research, BE look like the type of company I would like to work for. However the proof is in what people who really work there think.
If anyone can advise on salary (especially what I can expect to take home as a newbie and as I progess), rosters (sectors per day, stability of roster, nightstops etc) and general working conditions (morale, management styles, chances for promotion), please, I would really appreciate your help - either on this thread or you can PM me
