It has to be equal to the other departments.
You have a number of years to catch up with that statement. All departments have been cutting back over the years and cabin crew have not!
The longer you have left it, the bigger the fall. It has been repeated many times on this thread.
YOU ARE IN FOR A BIG FALL to catch up with the concessions other departments have made.
