I'm not sure that RYR include BHD as one of their "UK" bases. If you use the ryanair.ie address instead of .com then BHD is considered as an "Irish" base.
Political boundaries and RYR logic aside, the RYR press release says growth is frozen at its nine UK bases. I can think of ten: Prestwick and Edinburgh, Belfast City, Liverpool, Birmingham and East Midlands, Stansted and Luton, Bristol and finally Bournemouth.
