Charter and management have always been fiercely competitive and you are against some big (and proven!) players with budgets and marketing expertise you can only dream of. In addition, as you may be aware, the current economic climate is seeing more firms and individuals disposing of their aircraft. Please understand that almost every captain of industry, celeb, blue-chip company/corporation and existing owner/operator has received countless approaches from existing and prospective management outfits.. and will continue to do do!
