"We are not actively seeking to sell KIA" is a realistic statement.
With losses of £4M per year after 10 years, KIA is effectively unsellable, but the statement by the CEO makes it clear that Manston is available should anyone wish to buy it.
Also, anyone wishing to sell any item does not say "It's a turkey and we wish we'd never bought it", they talk about it's "potential" instead.
Obvious really.
