TC is too involved in selfboasting interviews, HH is too much into the new uniforms, so both don't not realise what this idi*t!c VP is destroying. Those below him see it, but only look after their own greed. They talk the tough talk, but walk under the ugly dish-dash and shoot blindly around themselves. Everybody is scared to get into the random line of panicking fire, so everyone shuts up and hides.
It is therefore not surprising that in search of help some seek the press.
That's a double edged sword.
