I am still waiting for a call too. I'll give it another week before i ring direct to the department that handles security/medicals
Unsuccessful on the website was all a big mistake. No worries there.
Just have to sit tight, telling yourself that there is only one more week towait left and to keep the phone by you. IF you still haven't got a call by next friday, PLEASE write it on here that you are lacking. THEN contact them to confirm your contact details (I had a email problem at the start due to a typo!)
That's my plans anyway
