Not that familiar with AQP, BUT it would seem that if you hire a DEC what would be the purpose of having to hold his hand for a year as the current upgrade system has you do? If you meet the "GF upgrade criteria", why would this AQP thing drag out a 2-3 month process into 12-14 months? I'm assuming that one of the criteria would be having flown in the Gulf for a few years, thus making you somewhat
familiar on how it works.
