So if they really tried to fill the gaps now, there would be new military courses. [...] The military has its own gaps to fill, and is not sending any more.
70% fail in the DFS-academy, min. 10% more in OJT - hard to get s.o. to pull out the uniform. and those who left have to "problems" stated above......
