I see you mentioned you owned your own apartment outright. If you live on the schools campus like Oxford for example one solution could be to rent your apartment and put the money toward paying your fee's although I would guess maybe thats not enough as fee's are usually a couple of thousand per month if payed monthly. I really dont know. The credit Union are usually good at giving loans
