How ive managed to tackle it (so far) and would recommend anone who has the oppurtunity do the same; is that I completed all my theory (PPL/CPL/IFR), took out a small(ish) laoan loan of abou $6500 to get me going on the flying side of things then started working full time shift work - So I fly once a day either in the morning or afternoon.
Check it out anyway - shift work isint always 24hrs and you can sometimes pick up a decent wage or allowance for working irregular hours. As an idea I work 5am till noon or 11am till dinner - both pretty easy on the body and rewarding on the pocket.
