Songbird. RAs are being downloaded on Mode S and are displayed to controllers in one state in Eastern Europe. It might be Prague - I can't remember. This is part of a trial for the Eurocontrol SPIN group (Safety Nets Improvement Network). The technical issues around this work are immense and I have to correct you by saying that the commitment to do this is present but the technology is not yet ready.
