In Flight Shutdowns
I heard a story last week about a Bras which suffered 4 inflight shutdowns in 4 sectors.

Supposedly, one pilot sacked for refusing to fly it.

Supposedly, a regional CASA office talking the HQ boys out of suspending the AOC.

If any of this is true, one can only wonder!
