If the corporate & recruiting side of the RAF is prepared to sell its standards and the good name of the RAF in the name of low brow media coverage, then I guess it will be up to the front line elements to try and balance these low standards and ensure that the Service isn't totally embarrassed.
That it's shown on Channel 5 on a Friday evening just about sums it up. On the other hand, Trooping the Colour - now that's the sort of standard of coverage we should be aspiring to.
