Partyboy,

According to flymonarch.com these are the correct details:

A330: 374 seats in two classes - 51 in Premium Cabin 323 in the Main Cabin
A300: 361
A321: 220
A320: 180
B752: 235
B763: 309
I'm afraid flymonarch.com is long wrong. I fly on these aircraft quite a bit:

The A330 has since had premium seating placed on this aircraft & an additional row removed to give way for extra legroom seating at the rear of the aircraft = 358 total

A300: still 361

A321: had one row of seats removed to give way for extra legroom seats at the front of the aircraft = 214

BT and BU are new airframes for Monarch that came from GB Airways, via Easyjet, and have at present only 207 seats. There are plans to realign these with the rest of the A321 in the fleet to 214

A320: also had one row of seats removed to make way for extra legroom seats at the front of the aircraft = 174

757: also had one row of seats removed to make way for extra legroom seats at the front of the aircraft = 229 (all W class by the way)

767: still 309

Oh, and it's now monarch.co.uk although you can still get there with flymonarch.com for the time being
