My fiancee (old contract CSD) won't be striking over this and is painfully, viscerally aware of the dire straits the company finds itself in. She's more than happy to take on more work roles, a working position on the aircraft, managerial responsibilities etc etc. Not everyone's a foaming BASSA militant.
