"We are also very aware of some recent criticism of our security handling. At Belfast International we take these issues seriously and endeavour to provide a courteous and helpful service to our passengers whilst complying with all current Department for Transport regulations. There is no excuse for discourteous behaviour by staff in pursuit of their main aim, which is the safety of our customers.
