The only mystery is when will the loss making edifice of Aer lingus pull out of their loss making experiment of BFS.
theres an awful lot of people posting that dont have a clue on how successful the routes (and BFS in general) are at the minute, and how successful the winter routes will be this year...
due to EI's current cash problems.. isnt every station/base not loss making? are there any in profit? id say BFS is probably one of the better bases since its small and runs the "sun" routes... which are almost full year round
i suppose selling 250,000 more seats than they estimated in the first year is a failure
as for Jet2... im quite sure they can survive without their mail flight
