As I understand it, if Go Ahead keep Aviance and PH seperate, then that takes up another handling agent license at LHR, but if they merged them then that would open up another license to a competitor.
Guys what's the limted number on the handling licences at Heathrow and does it take account of specialised third party handlers or airlines who do third party handling like Air Canada and United as well?

Is this about right for the non airline handlers?
