Now, because BRK contract FO's don't have a basic salary, and because they don't fly so much, they come fly SICK! to get the money! is that safe?
MOL doesn't worries to much about that, the B737-800 is dead easy to fly, and it flies much better in automatic mode than when a 200 hours pay to fly cadet tries to handfly. The captain is also there to fly this aircraft, after all if he doesn't do his job, he will be sent back to the right hand seat, or even better, at home
There are so many guys desesperate to fly a Boeing in Europe. This is a vicious circle, FOs accept **** contract, captains accept **** contract, and after a while they get bored to fly in a **** company
Don't worry, easyjet is going exactly the same way, they've just realised how economical is to hire pay to fly FOs. More and more companies are applying this method. This is the best period to quickly downgrade salaries and conditions, and it will never ever improve again.
Anyway, until there is no crash as a consequence of that, with at least 150 killed, things wont change. If you go on strike, those managers will kindly send you home.

Be happy, thanks to pilots like yourself, Ryanair is getting cheaper than the bus or train, and that's great for the passengers
