Sorry but you're getting what you deserve for signing up with them in the first place.
How do you expect to be treated fairly when you show them you are "so easy", I mean you pay for your security pass, your uniform etc. they (the managment) must have some laugh at you guys when they continue to see you paying for everything like that!
However, on the strike front I'm in agreement with you.
Do the FR Capts. not give a s**t about how their collegues are treated?
It's a deplorable company in my opinion.
FRpilot and all like him may have felt forced into FR due to the lack of flying jobs but I would rather work in a shop to pay my way before selling myself like you have.
