Of passing interest to some, but not of any significance. The Flybe flights at Manston are a tiny operation and the above story is simply a press release mixed with a bit of advertising.
A far more significant story is the admission that Infratil would not rule out selling Manston if they could find a buyer due to it's continued heavy losses.
I doubt the local management will be issuing a press release about this!
