I've been flying with EY for 1 year and a half..no previous flying experience..I am enjoying myself..well paid..well accomodated..well treated.
Advantages and dissadvantages could be found in any Job in the world
People tend to complain..I've never heard anybody satisfied..But I guess people like to release their stress through complaining..
I believe lot of our crew are satisfied..and those who complain are the ones who never leave EY...smart!
-FA'S: if ure a language speaker (Arabic), then youre getting a full roster nowadays, otherwise, u have lots of day off.
-Training is suspended for an unknown date.
-A new service called "inspired service" will be introduced in the coral economy class
For previous experienced crew i say: EY's challenge is huge, it's growing very fast so far, Time will come to adjust the whole system. Lots of changings are takin place..Things will go better and better..
-We have launched new destinations recently and many others will be.soon..
They need a lot of crew..27000 staff by 2020...They are adjusting everything at the moment..
For cabin crew wannabees...keep trying..never lose hope.. It's a great opportunity..
