it's the same with IR (hood) time - post PPL. in the US you can log it as PIC, but not in India. it's all dual here.
but do not strike it off in your log book.. make sure u ve got more than 100 hours SOLO Flight Time in the last 5 years or if u ve been an Flight Instructor then it would just be fine to log Dual as PIC..
Also on a Multi Engine Plane u can log PIC but it need not be SOLO ..
