I have just experienced the dubious delights of security at NY-JFK . The numbskulls employed there obviously haven't had a customer care course and perhaps need a reminder about who is paying there wages.. .Unfortunatley I had the impression that any complaint would be swiftly dealt with by the goon in a US army uniform, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="mad.gif" /> waiting nearby.
